House Rules

We are pleased to welcome you as our guest.

To help ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for everyone, please observe the following guidelines.


Respect The Home
• Please note that our property is located within a 55+ neighborhood, and we have a responsibility to maintain a peaceful environment for our community.

• Please treat the house and its contents with care, as you would your own
• Keep furniture and décor in their original locations


Quiet Hours
• To be considerate of our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM


Events

• Events, parties, or any form of disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited


Guests And Visitors
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight

• Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and are welcome to stay for a fee of $10 per guest per night


Smoking And Open Flames
• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the home or on the premises
• Candles and open flames are not allowed indoors


Pets
• Pets are permitted only when the entire house is rented. A pet fee of $50 per pet applies. Thank you for your understanding


Safety
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house
• Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted


Towels And Cleanliness
• Please use only the towels provided in your room. If you need extra towels, contact us and we will be happy to assist. Towels stored in closets are reserved for our cleaning service and for incoming guests

• Kindly clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in the designated bins

• Please rinse all dishes before checkout and place them in the dish tray if they are still damp, or return them to their designated cabinets once dry


Check In And Check Out

• Check in begins after 5:00 PM

• Check out is by 12:00 PM

• If you require flexibility, please reach out and we will do our best to assist
